There are several hotels available in the area. Provided that the conference is in central London the prices range tremendously.

For those who would like to stay within the walking distance of the venue, there are several options.

• Mint Hotel
  It is a15 minute walk to the Work Foundation. Room prices start from £120 pnpr.
• Crowne plaza St James
  The Crowne Plaza are offering delegates a preferred rate. All guest must quote the code, HEI, either by email or phone to make a reservation. The code will not be accepted via web bookings. Reservations need to be guaranteed with valid credit card details. The hotel is very close to the venue.
• St Ermins
  The hotel is within 5 minute walk to the venue. The prices start with £300 pnpr.

There are also several budget options within the 30 minutes tube travel time to the conference site.

• Novotel London Waterloo
  The hotel is conveniently located within 20 minutes walk to the conference facilities or just a stop on the tube. Prices start at £110 pnpr.
• Premier Inn London Victoria
  The hotel is within a few tube stops from the hotel venue. The prices start from £70 pnpr.
• IBIS London City
  The hotel is slightly further away, but it is on the Circle line which takes you to St. James park in 20 minutes.
• Travelodge London Waterloo
  The hotel is within a few stops on the tube or 30 minutes walk from the conference site. The prices start at £70 pnpr.
